About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Mammography Technologist to join a leading healthcare team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will perform high-quality digital mammography exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and an exceptional care experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality digital mammograms in accordance with established protocols.
• Explain procedures and provide exceptional patient care throughout the exam process.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Evaluate mammography images for technical quality and accuracy.
• Follow radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain mammography equipment and workspace cleanliness in compliance with infection control guidelines.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and departmental priorities.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Board Certified in Mammography or Board Eligible (certification required within one year of hire).
• Active Washington State license or pending application.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care.
