Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Worker Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations in our accommodation and food service facilities. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate and perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, kitchens, dining areas, and building systems to ensure safe, clean, and reliable environments. You will assign tasks, train and guide maintenance staff, monitor work quality, and support adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
Working closely with operations teams, you’ll respond to service requests, track repairs, and help improve processes that enhance guest and client experiences.
