Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on oil and gas production facilities and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position partners with Operations, Engineering, I&E, EH&S, and contractors to troubleshoot mechanical issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and repairs production facilities and infrastructure.Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, I&E, EH&S, and contractors.Performs site inspections and identifies improvement opportunities.Helps reduce operating costs and improve production reliability.Directs and oversees third-party contractors.Develops basic bills of materials for maintenance work.Maintains required documentation and records.Ensures safe, environmentally compliant work practices.Supports regulatory compliance with EH&S and Air Quality.Uses Microsoft Office and maintenance software.QualificationsRequires 2–5 years of relevant oilfield/construction experienceStrong troubleshooting and maintenance background within upstream production operationsExperience working safely in operating facilities, including H2S environments when applicableAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and teamwork skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust meet conditional job offer requirements.
