Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician will perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses heavily on hydraulics, pneumatics, and 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, while also requiring the ability to read blueprints and schematics and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulic systems.Proven experience working with pneumatic systems in an industrial setting.Hands-on experience with 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair of programmable logic controller-based equipment.Solid understanding of industrial safety practices and procedures when working with high-voltage and heavy machinery.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.Strong teamwork mindset with a "get the job done" attitude and willingness to support team members.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.
