Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor assists with managing property maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and team oversight. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, well-maintained environment while supporting excellent guest service.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist the department manager in overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, and the general upkeep of all property, equipment, and groundsAssist with the oversight, training, and coaching of maintenance team membersMaintain, manage, and complete work orders in a timely and efficient mannerTroubleshoot and repair equipment within the facilityPerform major and minor projects and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pavers, stucco, pools, and spasAssist with unit repair projects and guest room maintenance, including carpet, flooring, drapes, drywall, plaster, painting, ceilings, lighting, minor electrical and plumbing, interior and exterior doors, furniture, countertops, appliances, cabinets, televisions, shelving, and other related itemsPerform, administer, and document preventive maintenance activitiesComplete minor roof repairs, painting projects, and exterior maintenance projectsHelp determine the need for contract repairs and external servicesRespond courteously and professionally to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure strong guest satisfactionOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysValid Driver's License requiredMust be bilingual (Spanish and English)Previous maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience strongly preferredPrior supervisory/managerial experience requiredPossesses hands-on knowledge in some of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenanceMust be able to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of timeAble to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to independently operate, diagnose, and repair equipment with minimal supervision and limited reliance on outside contractorsPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsQualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
