Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Memphis, TN area!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, scheduling, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate maintenance team members to drive performance and engagement.
- Analyze equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and recommend upgrades to improve safety and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and facility service providers.
- Lead capital improvement and energy-saving projects from planning through execution.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and equipment histories.
- Oversee critical facility systems and infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment
- Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
