CNC Machinist – Aerospace Components (3, 4 & 5 Axis)Join a cutting-edge team of CNC Machinists, NC Programmers, and Technicians shaping the future of spaceflight. You'll operate and maintain world-class 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machinery to produce high-precision aerospace components. This hands-on role emphasizes technical skill, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence on tight-tolerance, high-value parts.Key Responsibilities:Setup, operate, and maintain CNC machines including mills and lathes (3, 4, 5-axis & multi-axis)Perform hands-on programming and machining for aerospace-grade partsCollaborate with engineering to develop and document machining processesInterpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure high precision and qualityProvide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedbackEnsure quality control and conformance to engineering specificationsOperate machines such as Mazak, Kuraki, Hermle, DMG Mori, etc.Utilize CNC controls like Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or MazatrolMaintain a safe and inclusive working environmentUse computers to manage setup sheets, documentation, and quality recordsQualifications:5+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace or precision industriesHands-on experience with materials such as Inconel, Monel, Titanium, Copper, AluminumAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994)Familiar with Mastercam, Unigraphics NX, and CMM operations (a plus)U.S.

Citizenship or Green Card requiredPreferred:Tooling and fixture designVTL (Vertical Turning Lathe) experienceExperience with plating, heat treat, EDM, coating, or grindingForklift or crane operation skills
