With a focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization, you will work closely with team members in operations, materials, and receiving to ensure quality and compliance measures are met and accurate documentation is completed to align with quality, compliance, and operating procedures.What will you be doing?Operate manual/CNC equipment, including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping, EDM and honing.Machining small complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishesPerforming tool changes, offsets, wear compensation and in process adjustments to maintain qualityReading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD and T, work instructions and control plansCarrying out in process and final inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems and other precision toolsCompleting manufacturing and quality documentation to support compliance and traceabilityWorking closely with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvementMaintaining safety, cleanliness and contamination control standards throughout the workspaceWhat will you need to be successful?High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational certifications preferred but not required.Minimum 1 year of previous milling experience.Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high precision partAbility to read/interpret blueprints, measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, scales, indicators, and SPC equipment) and knowledge of tool identification.A detail-oriented approach and a quality first mindsetYou.
