Production OperatorWe are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in a structured manufacturing setting. This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring mixing equipment to ensure efficiency and product quality. You will perform various processes such as weighing, sifting, milling, blending, and related tasks while ensuring documentation accuracy and cleanliness. Expect dusty mixing rooms, working with powders and raw ingredients in enclosed areas, requiring daily PPE such as respirators, hair nets, gloves, gowns/suits, and safety glasses.

The role involves physically demanding work with lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motions during 8–12 hour shifts. Tasks are repetitive and routine, including weighing, blending, cleaning equipment, and following detailed batch processes. The environment is fast-paced with potential overtime, including production schedules that often include Saturdays and extra hours.
