Whether you are an experienced operator or someone looking to transition into the manufacturing field, this role provides the training, support, and structure needed to succeed and grow professionally.Core ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor assigned production machinery and equipment in a safe, efficient, and effective manner throughout each shiftPerform routine startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures according to established standard operating proceduresInspect finished products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and report any defects or inconsistencies to the appropriate supervisorConduct basic preventive maintenance tasks and promptly communicate equipment malfunctions to the maintenance departmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times in compliance with workplace safety regulationsAccurately complete all required production logs, checklists, and documentation in a timely mannerCollaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily and weekly production targetsFollow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment at all timesParticipate actively in team meetings, safety briefings, and continuous improvement initiativesMust-Have RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of six months of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues quickly and accuratelyDemonstrated ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating proceduresBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment and toolsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout an entire shiftReliable attendance record and strong commitment to punctuality and consistencyAbility to work effectively both independently and as a cooperative member of a production teamFlexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, or weekends as required by production scheduling needsBenefits and PerksJoining this team means gaining access to a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and overall quality of life.
