Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in delivering high-quality products that meet our standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate all models of band saws, becoming proficient in loading and unloading the machines as directed.Cut products within specified tolerance and squareness requirements.Read and interpret job routers, prints, and other procedural documents.Conduct inspections to ensure product quality.Maximize output for any given task while maintaining quality standards.Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude.Experience in machine operation and saw operation.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Understanding of carpentry and general labor.Ability to read blueprints and operate band saws.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral machine operation and carpentry experience.High School Diploma or GED required.Why Work Here?Enjoy a rewarding career in a company where many employees have worked for over 20 years.
