If you thrive on efficiency, quality, and teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 1st Shift Machine Operator $16.00/hr 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - FridayWhy You'll Love Working With Us:Innovative Environment: Work with state-of-the-art equipment and processes.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Team-Oriented Culture: Join a supportive and collaborative team that values your contributions.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate assigned molding or secondary operation machines to maintain optimal cycle times.Product Handling: Sort, separate, and box products while adhering to quality guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Trimming and Finishing: Use approved knives and clippers to trim excess material from finished parts.Quality Control: Follow all quality guidelines to ensure product standards are met, including box type, parts per box, labels, stacking format, and separation of unacceptable production.Shift Preparation: Assemble packaging boxes for the next shift and communicate job/production status to incoming operators.Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift and perform end-of-shift clean-up.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and immediately report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.Qualifications:Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours at a time, and repeatedly lift up to 40 lb boxes during the shift.Manual Dexterity: Skillful use of hands and fingers to handle and inspect plastic parts ranging in size from 0.25" to 18".Visual Acuity: Capability to visually inspect parts for quality.Trimming Skills: Safe and effective use of trimming tools to finish parts.Attention to Detail: Ability to sort, inspect, and trim parts with precision.Problem Solving: Passing/Acceptable score on Math and Reasoning Assessment.Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.Adaptability: Ability to handle heat in the summer and other environmental conditions.What We Offer:Total Quality Commitment: Embrace our commitment to quality and excellence in every task.Safety First: A safe work environment with comprehensive safety training.Team Support: Strong support from supervisors and colleagues to ensure your success.Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a range of benefits designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security.Join Us Today!Be at your workstation, ready to contribute to our team's success with the right tools and a positive attitude.
