This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous machine operation and/or production line leadership experience and be comfortable working in cold and wet conditions.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesOperate packaging and production machinery safely and efficientlyLead and support production team members to achieve daily production goalsComplete daily paperwork and tablet-based production reporting accuratelyMonitor product quality and ensure food safety standards are maintainedAssist with troubleshooting minor machine and production issuesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and GMP/food safety guidelinesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the shiftSupport production flow and packaging operations as neededSkills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of machine operation and/or production line leadership experience requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to accurately complete digital and written production documentationComfortable using tablets, digital forms, and production systemsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment for extended periodsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredAbility to stand for up to 10-hour shiftsRequirementsReliable transportation requiredMust be able to pass a drug screen and background checkMust follow all food safety and company procedures at all timesAbout Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
