Machine Operator IStarting salary for this position is $21/hour. Previous machine operator experience is required. This is a day shift, Monday through Friday. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality and a desire to contribute to a dynamic production environment, we encourage you to apply.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Slitting a variety of adhesive materials per unique customer specificationsPackaging and kitting ordersPreparing orders for shipment per customer requirementsOperating slitting machines, shrink tunnels, pallet wrappers, click presses, and basic CNC programs with proper set-up techniques, diagrams, and work instructionsPerforming Quality inspections of finished goods during and after productionUtilizing Warehouse Management System to track material and record ordersMaintaining lot segregation and quality control throughout the warehouseMaterial handling, inspection, and product verificationParticipate in inventory management and validationAdhering to machine maintenance schedules and maintaining service logsProcess documentation and adherence to robust quality programMaintaining safety, organization, and cleanliness of warehouseOther duties as assignedQualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and understand written direction. Technical hands-on material handling experience is a plus. Familiarity with quality and safety standards. Highly attentive to detail.

Experience working in a fast-paced production and sales environment. Some experience with forklift operation preferred.
