Machine OperatorOur team is seeking Machine Operators to join its production team. This company manufactures high-quality stainless steel clamps and fastening products used in critical industrial applications. Operators play a key role in the manufacturing process by running production equipment, monitoring quality, and packaging finished products.Location: Denver, COShift & Pay: Monday-Friday1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $21/hr2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM - $21.50/hr3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM - $22.00/hrEmployment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing process.Monitor machine performance and quality of finished products.Feed materials into machines and ensure continuous production flow.Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.Make minor mechanical adjustments to equipment as needed.Report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues.Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.Select and organize tools and machine components required for daily production.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow all company safety and quality standards.Training Info:Comprehensive on-the-job training provided.New hires will shadow experienced operators for a minimum of two weeks.Operators will initially be assigned to one machine.As skills develop, employees will be trained to operate multiple machines simultaneously.Requirements:Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor machine adjustments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Important Job Requirements:Must be comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift.Position requires remaining at assigned machinery for much of the workday while monitoring production.Ability to lift, handle, and move materials as required.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
