M&A Counsel for Fast-Growth E‑commerce Brand Platform

unybrands is seeking a Corporate Counsel (M&A) to lead acquisition contracts and provide in-house legal support across the organization. The role includes drafting, negotiating and coordinating with outside counsel on IP, data privacy and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years as a solicitor (England & Wales or common law) and experience with M&A, commercial contracts, and a track record in high-growth environments.
