Position: LPN Specialty: LTC Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30) Guaranteed hours: 40/week Years of Experience REQ: 2 years nursing experience in LTC / SNF / TCU Job Description: Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8hr Nights Ratios: 1:15-25 Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience First-Timers Accepted: 1 year of previous travel experience required Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Certs REQ: BCLS Is On-Call REQ?: No Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local " within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate Pending License Accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks) Special Requirements Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
