• Will not take previous Providence Perm employees • No travel pairs • No more than 3 days of RTO during the assignment Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 8hr NOCs - Ratios: 1:15-25 - Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, IV, Central Line Blood Draw, Central Line Dressing Change, IV Pumps , Starting IV's (hard requirement) - First-Timers Accepted: No, 1 year of travel required - Weekend REQ: Every other weekend - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ?: No - Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas - Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "****" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same **** - Pending License Accepted: Yes - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks) Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation, preferably their own vehicle, and no additional scheduling restrictions.
