Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents on our Long Term Care units and specialty skilled areas
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of the registered nurse
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Participate in medication administration and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Competitive hourly rate: $27 - $35 HOURLY
- Shift differential : $7.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
