Position Overview

The Administrator / LPN will manage care quality, compliance, and the interdisciplinary team (IDT). Key duties include establishing goals to advance regulatory compliance and implementing quality standards for excellent home health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support a team of caregivers
• Work as a team to uphold the company’s mission, vision, and core values
• Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies
• Promote and champion employee and patient safety and well‑being
• Monitor and audit staff practices for quality assurance
• Evaluate the company’s caregiver program and individual performance to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Administrator level experience in home healthcare
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or managing a care team
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health‑related field preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse (preferred)
• Experience with computer/software‑driven quality programs is a plus
• Understanding of and success in achieving Medicare/Medicaid standards
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task effectively

Job Details

Full‑time, required: 3+ years of home health care management experience.
