What You'll Do
- Install, terminate, configure, and test commercial security and fire systems
- Service and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire alarm systems
- Program and commission IP-based video and access control platforms
- Lead installation projects and oversee field teams when required
- Track project progress and ensure quality control from start to finish
- Provide remote diagnostics and technical support to customers
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on every job
- 3+ years of experience with commercial low-voltage systems
- Strong background in:
- Access Control
- IP Video / CCTV
- Intrusion Detection
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Experience leading projects or acting as a lead technician in the field
- Solid understanding of IP networking and system integration
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- NICET certification (Fire Alarm or relevant discipline)
- Experience with video analytics, visitor management, or enterprise platforms
- Technical school or military training in electronics or communications
- Work on advanced commercial and enterprise-level systems
