Loan Servicing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Analyst to support the servicing and administration of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing activities throughout the life of each loan, ensuring accurate processing, maintaining loan documentation, monitoring payment activity, and supporting compliance with loan agreements and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing and administration of commercial real estate loan portfolios.
• Process monthly loan payments, payoffs, escrow transactions, and other loan-related activities.
• Monitor payment schedules, interest accruals, maturities, and loan balances to ensure accuracy.
• Review and maintain loan documentation, including modifications, extensions, renewals, and amendments.
• Monitor escrow accounts, property taxes, insurance requirements, and other borrower obligations.
• Process loan modifications, rate changes, principal adjustments, and other servicing requests.
• Prepare payoff statements, loan statements, account reconciliations, and other servicing reports.
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, internal departments, and third-party vendors to resolve loan servicing inquiries.
• Ensure loan records are accurate and up to date within the servicing system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in loan servicing, preferably within commercial real estate or commercial banking.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate loan structures, loan documentation, and servicing processes.
• Experience with loan payments, payoffs, escrow administration, reconciliations, and loan maintenance.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan terms, interest calculations, amortization schedules, and maturity dates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan servicing systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
