Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft motions.
- Argue motions in court and participate in depositions.
- Engage in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance and construction claims.
- Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.
- Ssettle cases effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation preferred.
- Proven organizational and time‑management skills.
Education
- JD from an ABA‑approved law school.
Certifications
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
