Job Description:

Our client is looking for a litigation paralegal with several years of experience who can provide high-level support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on trial preparation experience, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation support, including case file organization and trial readiness.
• Prepare, format, and electronically file legal documents with federal and state courts (using File & ServeXpress and similar platforms).
• Assist with deposition preparation, including exhibits, binders, and transcripts.
• Coordinate trial logistics such as witness scheduling and exhibit tracking.
• Conduct cite-checking and proofreading of legal documents using Bluebook standards.
• Maintain case management systems and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
• 3–4 years of litigation experience, ideally with direct trial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of electronic filing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and professional communication skills.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday on-site (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM); Friday remote depending on workload.
