Litigation ParalegalFoley & Lardner LLP is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with excellent research and analytical skills for our busy Construction Defects department. The selected candidate will focus on pre-suit matters including the investigation and case development, mediation, and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have high-level attention to detail skills, as well as strong time management abilities.ResponsibilitiesHandle case intake; researching property records, providing pertinent details to docketing, updating database with claim infoMonitor Arbitration filings inbox to relay deadlines to docketingCommunicate priority issues to attorneys and paralegalsSubmit Process Server and Expert invoices in Emburse Enterprise (Chrome River)Handle American Arbitration Association (AAA) invoicesUpdate claims databaseOther miscellaneous tasks and meet daily deadlinesConsistently achieve billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program preferredMinimum of one (1) year of experience as a Paralegal or similar role requiredConstruction defects experience desired #LI-HybridIn support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions.

The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley. Miami, Orlando, and Tampa - $63,900 to $89,500
