Our client, a well-established law firm in Miami, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Personal Injury law. Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
- Manage and maintain case files, records, and legal documents
- Draft, organize, and electronically file pleadings and court documents
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- Coordinate court dates, deadlines, depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Manage attorney calendars and scheduling
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and other litigation-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Prior personal injury litigation experience required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
