Litigation Land & Use Associate

A highly respected South Florida law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Associate with 4–12+ years of sophisticated litigation experience to join its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and/or land use matters who is ready to take meaningful ownership of sophisticated cases and work directly with clients.

• 
  
• Manage complex litigation matters from discovery through resolution
  
• Handle written discovery, document production, and privilege review
  
• Take and defend depositions
  
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
  
• Handle summary judgment and other court proceedings
  
• Attend administrative hearings, public meetings, and proceedings as needed
  
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, government officials, and boards
  
• Manage a sophisticated and varied caseload
  

• 
  
• 4–12+ years of litigation experience
  
• Experience in complex commercial, real estate, and/or land use litigation xhqgsiq
  
• Strong litigation, discovery, motion practice, research, and writing skills
  
• Ability to independently manage matters and deadlines
  
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
  
• Florida Bar admission in good standing
