Litigation Attorney - Commercial Litigation
I'm partnering with a highly respected Seattle law firm that is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its thriving litigation practice. What You'll Do
- Handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners on complex matters
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Washington attorney
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with commercial or business litigation preferred
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term practice
- Strong academic credentials
