The role is ideal for a candidate seeking high-level litigation work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while working on a non-partnership track with meaningful client exposure and substantive responsibility.Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of litigation experience handling matters in both state and federal courts. The practice includes complex commercial litigation with desired exposure to healthcare and/or ERISA-related matters. Candidates with strong case management skills, deposition experience, and motion practice expertise will be well-positioned for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support litigation matters in state and federal courtsDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filingsTake and defend depositionsHandle discovery disputes and oversee day-to-day case managementParticipate in hearings, client meetings, settlement discussions, and litigation strategy developmentCollaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients on active mattersMentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collegial team environmentQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of litigation experienceStrong experience with pleadings, motion practice, depositions, and discovery managementExperience with healthcare litigation and/or ERISA matters preferredPrior judicial clerkship experience is a plusExcellent writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsStrong interpersonal and client management abilitiesJD from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the Florida Bar requiredWork Environment:Hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office presence in MiamiFast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented practice environmentThis opportunity offers sophisticated litigation work, substantial responsibility, and the ability to work alongside highly regarded practitioners within a nationally recognized litigation platform.
