Litigation Attorney

Frilot LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our New Orleans office. This position offers direct client involvement, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to handle interesting, high-exposure matters for national and international clients while working closely with an experienced team of litigators.

The attorney will have an active role in case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, client communication, and trial preparation, with opportunities for courtroom experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Louisiana Bar admission and be in good standing (required)
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, deposition, and case management skills
• Experience managing litigation matters and working directly with clients
• Experience in complex commercial, casualty, energy, insurance, or other sophisticated litigation is valued
• Trial and courtroom experience is a plus
