A growing and technology-forward personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team handling matters throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related documents
• Negotiate favorable settlements while aggressively advocating for clients' interests
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive successful case outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC
• Litigation experience with trial exposure and courtroom experience
• Ability to manage cases independently and confidently advocate for clients
• Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills
• Comfortable utilizing technology and modern legal tools, including xhqgsiq AI-driven platforms
• Personal injury experience preferred

• Compensation: Competitive base salary
• Bonus Structure: Commission based on settlements and awards, typically ranging from 5-10%
