A growing and technology-forward personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team handling matters throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
- Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related documents
- Negotiate favorable settlements while aggressively advocating for clients' interests
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive successful case outcomes
Requirements:
- Active Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC
- Litigation experience with trial exposure and courtroom experience
- Ability to manage cases independently and confidently advocate for clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills
- Comfortable utilizing technology and modern legal tools, including AI-driven platforms
- Personal injury experience preferred
