- Must be a current resident of the Denver area or surrounding counties
- 5 - 8 years of litigation experience
- Experience in First Party Property Damage/Bad Faith/Construction Defect law
- Must be a member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expanding the firm's First Party Property/Bad Faith Practice to Colorado
- Managing all aspects of a case
