Required Qualifications:
Must be a current resident of the Denver area or surrounding counties
5 - 8 years of litigation experience
Experience in First Party Property Damage/Bad Faith/Construction Defect law
Must be a member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
Experience in evaluating claims
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
