Litigation Associate

Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane Conway & Wise is a national litigation law firm that represents individuals and entities who have been the victims of fraud, negligence, or the misconduct of powerful interests. We have successfully represented tens of thousands of clients throughout the United States in multi-state and multi-district mass-tort, class-action, and individual lawsuits. Our multidisciplinary team seeks an Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our dedicated Mass Torts and Sexual Assault litigation teams as a full-time associate. We seek a dynamic, motivated attorney with general litigation experience to join us and play an essential role in representing our clients.

The attorney should be able to hit the ground running, be willing to learn cases with complex legal and factual challenges, and be ready to perform independently. Additionally, you should be resilient, empathetic, and generally comfortable with client communication.

What skills are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in litigation
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Experience preparing for/conducting depositions, hearings, or trials
• Experience e-filing documents a plus
• Collaborative, problem-solving mindset
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat/PowerPDF
• Familiarity with Pacer, Westlaw, File & ServeXpress, and One Legal is a plus

Active law license (in good standing) in one or more States is required.
