Mid-Level Litigation AssociateDirect Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its growing Litigation Practice in Minneapolis.Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)About the Role: This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience who is looking to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters within a nationally recognized platform. The practice handles a broad range of complex disputes, including corporate trust and structured products litigation, financial services litigation, white collar matters, internal investigations, products liability, mass torts, environmental litigation, and appellate work.Responsibilities:Research, analyze, and draft briefs involving complex litigation mattersHandle sophisticated motion practice, including: Motions to dismissSummary judgment motionsClass certification motionsWrits and appealsSupport litigation matters in both state and federal courtCollaborate with attorneys on high-level litigation strategy and case managementWork on complex disputes across multiple industries and practice areasQualifications:3–5 years of litigation experienceStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience drafting briefs and handling sophisticated legal issues in complex litigationExcellent academic credentials and strong attention to detail requiredJudicial clerkship experience is a plusMust be admitted to the Minnesota Bar or eligible for admission as soon as practicableCompensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $215,000 – $285,000 annuallyThe firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus eligibility, healthcare coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and additional wellness benefits.
