Salary: $190,000 to $220,000 annually

A respected litigation firm in Miami is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of business and commercial disputes, product liability matters, and other complex civil litigation. The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney who enjoys hands‑on case work, courtroom exposure, and collaborating with experienced trial lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of business litigation and product liability matters

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda

• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and case management conferences

• Manage discovery, including document review, analysis, and strategy

• Work directly with clients, insurers, and experts

• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and case strategy

• Research complex legal issues and collaborate with partners on case development

• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Background in business litigation or product liability required

• Experience attending hearings and taking depositions

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Superior academic credentials

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Florida Bar admission required
