Our attorneys have direct contact with clients, take depositions, draft and argue motions, work with experts, and participate in case strategy from intake to resolution. Construction litigation experience is helpful but not required, but a genuine interest in this area of law is a must. Strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential.
