** Job Summary **
Seeking a Litigation Attorney with civil litigation experience to handle medical malpractice, healthcare liability, and insurance defense matters. The attorney will manage cases from intake through resolution, conduct discovery, draft motions, take and defend depositions, appear in court, and represent healthcare professionals in licensing and regulatory proceedings.
** Requirements **
- Active Washington State Bar license.
- Civil litigation experience.
- Experience in medical malpractice, healthcare liability, or insurance defense preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
