Litigation Associate Attorney

Position

Associate or Senior Counsel – Automotive Warranty and Product Liability Practice Group, Minneapolis office. The role requires a 4+ year litigation attorney with experience in product liability defense or comparable general liability/insurance defense litigation.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day case development: depositions, client engagement, technical expert collaboration, discovery management, drafting and arguing motions.
• Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation and execution.
• Maintain independent initiative and contribute to client success.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Minnesota Bar.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong independence and initiative.
• Understanding of state and federal procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Trial experience preferred, but not required.
