Responsibilities:
This position is a member of the St. Anthony Aquatics program which strives to welcome participants of all ages and create a safe, welcoming environment to learn water safety and swimming skills in the pool. Lifeguarding for our swim club program, open swim, pool rentals and other lifeguarding needs that arise.
Qualifications:
Lifeguard certification
Strong communication skills
Minimum Desired Qualifications:
Observes participants in the pool at all times to ensure water safety is practiced at all times while the pool is in use
The lifeguard is responsible for ensuring all swimmers are safe while the pool is in use during lap swim.
Hours: part time - 1.5 hours per week
Summer schedule: Wednesday mornings from 6:00 to 7:30AM
Hourly Wage: $16.69 - 17.58 depending on experience
