Life-Skills Workshop Coach for K-8 (On-site PR)

Alpha School seeks a full-time Guide to coach K-8 students one-on-one and in small groups using adaptive learning apps and Coachbot analytics to surface where students are stuck and help them move forward.

You will run hour-long workshops on life skills, apply Alpha's motivation framework, and build a cohort you can advance within the campus leadership track, with in-person work at the Dorado, Puerto Rico campus.
