This role plays a critical part in ensuring vehicles remain legally compliant through accurate documentation, timely renewals, and effective coordination with internal teams.This is a fast?paced, detail?driven administrative role suited for candidates with strong customer service experience, attention to detail, and comfort working with vehicle?related documentation and data.Key Responsibilities • Process title and registration paperwork for new and transfer?in commercial vehicles across multiple states. • Prepare and submit accurate licensing documentation to state and federal agencies, ensuring correct VIN, make, model, and year details. • Coordinate required supporting documents such as weight slips and VIN verifications. • Open, sort, and prepare annual registration renewals for existing fleet units, ensuring 100% on?time compliance and zero penalties.
• Support internal and external customers by providing status updates on licenses and permits. • Enter and track licensing payments in internal systems, including fee breakdowns and receipts. • Assist with process updates and workflow improvements as needed.Work Environment • Fully onsite, Monday–Friday. • High?volume, compliance?focused administrative environment. • Collaborative team with both onsite and cross?state partners.
