Overview
Licensed Psychiatrist – Headway is seeking licensed psychiatrists who want to build or grow their private practice. Headway provides the tools, resources, and support to help you navigate insurance, streamline operations, and focus on delivering quality care on your own terms.
Base pay range
$199.00/hr - $239.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Operate as an independent contractor to provide psychiatric care within your private practice, supported by Headway’s platform.
- Utilize Headway’s tools for credentialing, insurance processing, scheduling, documentation templates, and client communication.
- Manage your own schedule, client load, and work environment with autonomy.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed psychiatrist with a DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
- Willing to start or expand a private practice while maintaining control over your schedule and caseload.
- State-accepted licenses: MD / DO (on a state-by-state basis).
Compensation & Employment Details
- Wage: Between $199-$239 per hour.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role with full autonomy over your practice, hours, and client load.
