Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts nursing certificate (LPN or RN required)
- Experience as an LPN or RN, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong clinical skills and comfort with providing 1:1 care
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to student support
- Ability to reliably commute and provide coverage for transportation needs
- Deliver consistent 1:1 nursing support for a male student during school hours and transportation
- Monitor and address ongoing health needs in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and family to promote a safe environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and health records
- Communicate proactively to support student engagement and participation
- Approximately 40 hours per week with a clear schedule aligning to the school calendar
