Both part and full-time opportunities on the evening shift (3:00 - 11:30 pm).
Pay: LPN - $31.00 - $35.00 per hour; pay is commensurate with licensure. Generous extra pay for evening and weekend shifts.

The LPN's are members of a self-directed team and are responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires.
Qualifications
- Current NYS LPN/RN license
- Current NYS CPR certification
- Interest in working with elderly population
- Previous experience with elder care desired
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Required to attend complete orientation
- Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Stands, sits, and walks most of the day. Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform activities as defined in skills check list.

- May be exposed to infectious diseases, odors and psycho-behavioral situations
