Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Responsibilities

We provide you daily with leads as soon as you begin the workday. We do encourage you to create a pipeline of leads through circle of influence.
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across property casualty, and life insurance sectors.
Follow Up with leads and clients to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and cross-sell for additional products
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, clear communication, and ongoing client communication efforts.
Assist clients with claims processes, policy renewals, and benefits administration to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement.
Licensed in Texas for Property and Casualty Insurance (preferred)
Licensed in Texas for Life and Health (preferred)
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for client interactions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications for effective sales management and documentation.
Exceptional analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable coverage options.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse communities effectively.
Customer service expertise with a focus on building long-term client relationships and providing tailored solutions.
