Library Operations & Volunteer Programs Lead

The Seattle Public Library is hiring an Operations Manager within Staffing, Operations and Volunteer Services at Central Library in Seattle. You will co-manage scheduling, supervise staff, expand the volunteer program and redesign the Student Assistant Program to provide meaningful first-job experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of supervisory experience, strong project and operations management skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a union environment.
