Level 3 Security Guard

About the Role:

Join Nortex Security LLC as a Level 3 Security Guard, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about protecting people and property while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.

Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.

Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.

Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all.

Assist in emergency response situations and coordinate with local law enforcement.

Stay updated on security protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of security experience.

Valid Level 3 Security License in Texas.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies.

Proficient in using security technology and equipment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
