Primary Function of the Position
TheLearningContentDesignerisresponsible fordeveloping engaging learningmaterials that meet definedlearningobjectives,useappropriate trainingmodalitiesandmethods,andfollowestablishedprocessesand adult learning principles.

Essential JobDuties

Upon onboardingandcompleting requiredqualifications, the Learning Content Designerwill:

• Analyze role-specificlearner needs andtasks tocraft measurable learning objectives

• Collaborate within the team and withsubject matter experts (SMEs)todevelopnewor update existinglearningcontent

• Collaborate withmultimediateamsto create ormodifymedia assetsincorporated in learning materials

• Proactively managethecontentdevelopmentprocessincludingmilestones, risks,review cycles,feedbackimplementation, andquality assurance

• Manage and monitordeliverablesthroughout the implementation,translation, and launchprocess,providingregular status updates toproject teams

• Evaluatelearning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development improvementsand workflow efficiencies

• Conducttechnical/clinicaltraining andsign-offsfor Intuitiveteams that supportcustomer education

• Develop and deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations

• Conductlab-based skills trainingforphysicians and care teams as needed
